This is a title of a TED talk I’ve recently watched by Sarah Knight. I always liked this phrase and it’s been a while since I’ve tried practicing it.
I read it first on the book “the art of not giving a fuck “by Mark Manson. I read the book twice.
Then I was introduced to Gary Vaynerchuck and he uses the F word like his life depends on it.
There was a time I couldn’t even say the word “Fuck”. It took some practice.
It is a useful word. It gives context as to what one is emphasizing on. Although I still don’t like the people that use the word just to show off.
I liked this TED talk because of using some new interesting words and their meaning. For example FUCK budget. That is, you have limited amount of time, energy and money, like a budget. So pay attention to what you are spending your Fuck Bucks on. What annoys you and what gives you joy.
Give your fucks to what gives you joy.
By the way, “Giving a fuck” means you care about something. In case you didn’t know.
